OVERVIEW
Welcome to Ravelluno! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ravelluno. Ravelluno is a trading name of Vareva, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42163176, located at Vliegenkampstraat 93, 5923 AT Venlo, the Netherlands (email: info@vareva.co). Ravelluno operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Ravelluno is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, such as (in the EU and UK) your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, the law prevails.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you use the Services with the permission of a parent or guardian. Our products are intended for ages 14 and up and are not suitable for children under 3 (small parts).

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You confirm that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to the device you use and its settings. Some products are sent in a random color or design; when this is the case, it is stated on the product page.

Product descriptions may be updated at any time. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

You are entitled to receive a product that matches its description and is fit for normal use (the legal guarantee). See Section 6.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is an obvious pricing error. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will notify you by email and refund any amount you have paid.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. On top of that, we offer a 30-day return policy. See our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy) for how this works.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Prices for the Netherlands, the EU and the United Kingdom include VAT. For other countries, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery, as explained in our Shipping Policy (/policies/shipping-policy). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If you pay in a currency other than euros, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time, but this never affects orders that have already been confirmed. Promotions may have their own conditions, which will be shown with the promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the addresses and countries offered at checkout. Delivery times shown in our store and Shipping Policy are estimates. For customers in the EU, we will deliver your order no later than 30 days after your order is accepted, unless we agree otherwise with you. If we cannot deliver within that period, we will let you know and you may cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product has been delivered to you (or to a person you have designated). If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@vareva.co.

SECTION 6 - LEGAL GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS
Under Dutch and EU law (and similar consumer laws in other countries), products must conform to the agreement: they must match their description and be fit for normal use. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us at info@vareva.co, ideally with a photo. We will repair or replace the product, or refund you, in accordance with the law.

If you have a complaint about your order or our Services, please email us at info@vareva.co with a clear description. We will confirm receipt and aim to respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may take the dispute to the competent court (see Section 21).

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Ravelluno, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or other rights to any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Ravelluno, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Ravelluno's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ravelluno or its licensors. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available". Any use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which they are provided by the relevant third party.

We may also offer new features through the Services in the future. Such new features are also subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and links to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access, or for any products or services you buy on third-party websites. Complaints or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Ravelluno is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Ravelluno. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Ravelluno, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ravelluno.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (/policies/privacy-policy), and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy). Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in other countries than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. Review our Privacy Policy for more details.

SECTION 12 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise send us any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish and display such Feedback to operate and promote the Services. Reviews are published as submitted and are not edited to change their meaning.

You confirm that your Feedback is your own, is honest, and does not violate any third party's rights. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Feedback that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.

SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors. If an obvious error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

SECTION 14 - PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any laws or regulations; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or intimidate any of our staff or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send spam or other unsolicited advertising; (g) to impersonate any other person or entity; or (h) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services, or that may harm Ravelluno, Shopify or users of the Services.

In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (b) reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or pretext the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraping, data gathering tools, AI tools (such as agentic AI) or other automated means to access the Services, except as permitted in Section 15; or (f) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 15 - AGENTS
15.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, without direct supervision.
15.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in section 15.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from doing so.
15.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with the Services.
15.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by (a) mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns, or (b) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans; (iii) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Services (or any part thereof) if you violate these Terms. This does not affect orders that have already been accepted, or your rights as a consumer. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply after termination (such as Intellectual Property, Feedback, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER
The general information on our website (other than product descriptions and order information) is provided for general information purposes only. We try to keep the website available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. This does not affect the legal guarantee on the products you buy from us (see Section 6).

SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Ravelluno is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited under Dutch or EU consumer law. Shopify and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your purchases from Ravelluno.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be considered removed from these Terms. This does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service, this does not mean we waive that right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies posted by us on this site form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, and replace any prior versions of the Terms of Service.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any purchases you make from us are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living outside the Netherlands, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court in your own country.

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We may update these Terms of Service by posting the changes on our website. The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time you placed it. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law.
